Well, I do not have any special planning today except for having breakfast and going after books with my friend. So, as usual I will extend my sleep for a few more minutes after fajar prayer until my daughter woke me up. She needs me to send her to school.

After dropping her off to school I went o pick up my friend, Jehan and we drove all the way to amcorp mall. Had a quick breakfast and rushed into the book store once it is opened. My friend bought lots of books and some of them are meant as a gift for her closest friends.

While the store assistant wrapping those books, we went hopping from one stall to another. A big surprise!!! I met two of my old friends.

First I met Faisal Aziz Fawzy. He spotted me and followed me, pat on my back and gave me his usual smile! Pizel….. I shouted!!!! We talked and giggled. He was there for a cat exhibition show!!! Pizel was brought up in a religious family. I knew his father, The late Ustaz Aziz Fawzy. A well known religious scholar and had always been a reference for the state Mufti in giving fatwas. They used to have a few big villas in Senai, JB. I am talking about huge and beautiful villas. His sister was the news caster in TV3….. Ezzah Aziz Fawzy.

Pizel used to get married with an American lady… Unfortunately something bad had happened…. Poor Pizel!!!! We were also stayed in the same dorm for a few years….. I would say that we were closed……

Second, I met Shot!!! Her full name is Noraishah Abdul Aziz. We were in the same institution for intensive English course and first preparation year for US varsities. Shot is good looking….. and believe me, She is …… till now!!! Most of the time, when we were together with some other guys, we always had the feeling that we were among the lucky ones!!!!! She went to study in University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire while I was stuck in Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. My ex-room mate, Sam had a crushed on her…. It was going on quite well..... As what the saying…”Men proposed, god disposed!!”. Both of them didn’t get married.

How did she recognize me???? Hell, I am not sure!!! She saw and followed me. When I went to the toilet to test on a jean, she went and asked my friend “excuse me, is your husband’s name Koka?”. My friend replied “yes!!!!” without even correcting the question!!! When I am back, shot asked me “koka eh?”. It took me a while to recall her!!! Once she said she is from MRSM Kuantan, I yelled “Shot…….. Oh my God!!!!!!” . We talked for a few minutes and she took my number. I promised to call her!

After amcorp mall, we went to pick my daughter, Mira from her college. Then, we proceed to KLCC for Pikom IT fair. Jehan told me that Ja needs some help in choosing a laptop. Once we reached KLCC… we could not believe our eyes. The complex was packed with people! We have to walk further through the building as the rain was pouring outside. We reached the PC fair…. And as expected, a huge crowd!!! Ja spent time looking for a laptop for her daughter, Alisa and another one for her. We went a few rounds and found one for Alisa……

Woooops, not forgetting about me….. I got myself a new digital camera. It is Olympus micro 1050 SW….. 10.1 Megapixel, shock proof and can stand until 10ft underwater. We then proceed to KLCC to meet up Jehan and Nora ….. On our way there, Mira whispered to me!!!! She was STARVING!!!!!

Nora, Ja, Jehan and Mira……. All of them look tired…. With lots of stuffs from the shopping spree!!!!

We went to the eatries and ate like mad…..
Went out from KLCC…… sent Jehan back to Ja’s place and went back home….

That was my day!!!!! Tired but happy!!!!!!
